April 28, 2009 (RALEIGH, NC) – To honor Moms and the folks who call them that, Lather, a Raleigh hair salon, has announced a special Mother’s Day offer just for mothers and their offspring who come into the North Raleigh salon together.
From May 4th through May 9th leading up to Mother’s Day on the 10th, moms and daughters – or sons – who come into Lather Hair Salon together will each receive a 10 percent discount on shampoos, cuts and styling and a free professional hair care product.
“Moms give back to their kids all year long,” said Lather’s owner and senior stylist Jessica Williams. “Why wouldn’t we want to reward them? Lather’s Mother’s Day special is such a great way for kids to get together with their moms and get pampered.”
Opened in October of 2008, Lather is a full-service, upscale Raleigh hair salon located at 8521 Cantilever Way near the corner of Glenwood Ave./Highway 70 and Ebenezer Church Road.
Lather’s stylists frequently reach out to the community in a variety of ways, including the recent St. Baldrick’s fundraiser in North Raleigh for children with cancer. Lather is also a Locks of Love salon, offering free shampoo, cut and styling for anyone who comes in to donate his or her hair to the non-profit organization that provides human hair for wigs and hair pieces for disadvantaged children with balding conditions (www.locksoflove.org).
